SIXTY Hotels remains open to serve our community in light of COVID-19.
Here are the safety measures we are taking for the welfare of all guests and our associates.
o Signage has been installed throughout the hotels to promote social distancing
o There are designated food and package delivery areas for guests
o The front desk has been equipped with a plexiglass screen
o Television remotes are sanitized
o Elevator protocols ensures that only one party will ride in an elevator at a time
o Public spaces are open or closed in accordance with local and national government guidelines
o Public spaces that are open are equipped with hand sanitizer and cleaned at increased frequencies
o Associates are required to wear PPE
o Wellness & heath certifications are performed daily for all associates prior to entering the location
o Rooms are only serviced and sanitized before check-in and after check-out to minimize cross contamination during a guest’s stay.
o Guests can opt in for housekeeping service
o TravelMD is consulting on health and cleanliness protocols to help ensure a COVID-19 free environment
o Room as left to "rest" according to health expert guidance
o Special filters for air ducts have been installed to promote clean airflow throughout the building
o Mini bars now offer fabric face masks, hand sanitizer, and other PPE items for guests
o Compressed spray cleaners and electrostatic spray cleaners have been implemented
o UV lights are utilized on packages, guest’s luggage, and within HVAC to promote filtration
o No contact delivery services are available for all guest requests
o Check-in / check-out kiosks will be available for contactless service in addition to digital service
o All paper collateral, trays, and certain decorative items have been removed from guest rooms

What does this policy mean?
Eligible reservations can be cancelled without charges, including:
- Guests who are traveling from severely impacted areas
- Anyone who can’t complete their trip due to official travel restrictions, medical or disease control duties, flight or ground transportation cancellation initiated by the provider due to COVID-19, or suspected or confirmed cases of COVID-19
What happens when a reservation that falls under our extenuating circumstances policy is canceled?
- The guest will receive a full refund (including any fees)
