· "No Mask, No Service." All guests must wear a mask when in any hotel public spaces. This includes the elevator, room corridors, ground level, main lobby, A60 Rooftop and Butterfly Lounge.
· Please maintain 6-feet of social distance in public spaces.
· Our Cardio Room has re-opened for appointment only sessions. Please contact the front desk to secure and reserve your 45 minute private gym time.
· Guests cannot receive deliveries directly to rooms. All guests must come down to retrieve food orders and packages in designated pick area at Guest Reception or at the ground floor lobby.
· Rooms are only serviced and sanitized before check-in and after check-out to minimize cross contamination during a guest’s stay. Guests can however opt in for housekeeping service during their stay upon request only.
· Alternative to In-Room Dining: Contactless + Grab + Go Pick Up
o Kitchen + Patio dining operations. Tuesday to Saturday. Food Service: 11AM to 9PM (Kitchen). Bar and Patio Dining: Starts at 11AM (Weather permitting)
