- Credit & Debit Cards are authorized room and tax plus $150 per day for full stay unless directed otherwise.

- Check-In is 3pm. // Check Out is 12pm
Early Arrival / Late Departure Policy
What is the hotel’s early arrival & late departure policy?
- We can place an early arrival request in the reservation but it is not guaranteed. To guarantee early arrival you must reserve the night before. Latest check-out we can offer is 1-2pm. If the guest would like a later time they will need to reserve an extra night stay.
What is the minimum age to check-in at the hotel?
- 18 Years of age to check into the hotel.
What is the hotel’s cancellation and refund policy?
Does the hotel have a non-smoking policy?
- The entire hotel is non-smoking. We charge a $350.00 cleaning fee if a guest is smoking in the guest room.
Is the hotel pet friendly for dogs & cats?
- We accept dogs and cats 15 lbs and below. There is a pet cleaning fee of $350 one time fee.

- The hotel is located on Thompson Street between Spring Street and Broome Street in the heart of neighborhood SoHo.
Does the hotel offer valet parking?
- $60.00 per day for a Sedan, $80.00 per day for an SUV. There are no in and out privileges.
Does the hotel offer shuttle service to the airport?
- Concierge can arrange airport services as needed.
Does the hotel have a gym & fitness center?
- Yes the hotel has a 24 hour Cardio Room available on the lower level of the hotel.
Is there storage for luggage in the hotel while I to check-in?
- Yes, guests can store their luggage until their room is ready or after check-out if needed for a few hours.
